About Me

“I guess you could say I like a little chaos with my coffee!”

- Danielle Jury

When I'm not busy doing my "social media thing," you'll often find me wandering around a garden centre looking at house plants (Starbucks in hand) on the lookout for my next victim. My home is a jungle, with a plant in every corner, and when I'm not helping them cling onto dear life, I like to make things harder for myself and go buy more!

As much as I love the ocean, it also terrifies me. It's a weird love-hate relationship. But despite my fears, I'm obsessed with octopuses. They're basically my spirit animal - resourceful perfectionists who are always a bit surprising. Speaking of surprises, my cat Kiara is… something else. One minute she's all snuggles and cuteness, the next she's in full-on chaos mode. It’s like living with a furry little tornado that occasionally decides to be sweet just to keep me guessing. Oh! And she has a moustache.

When I'm not sipping coffee, adding to my plant problems, or pulling Kiara off the curtains, I'm more than likely binge-watching some Netflix series, usually something funny. And if I'm not doing that, I'm probably curled up with a fantasy horror book—the darker and creepier, the better. I guess you could say I like a little bit of chaos with my coffee!

“Honestly, I kind of stumbled into marketing - it wasn’t part of the plan. But with a genuine love for people and the drive to make a difference, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else now!”

  • My social media journey started with MANY YouTube tutorials as a self-taught photographer. From there, I discovered a talent for social media management, landing a part-time gig. Balancing photography with digital content creation, I mastered Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Later, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Recognized for my work, I became the venue's first ever full-time marketing manager, showcasing my dedication and capability.

This journey, from photographer to freelance social media manager, reflects my commitment to continuous growth and helping businesses thrive online.

  • Back in 2015, I gained my GCSE in English, Maths, Science and Art. I then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing and another in Graphic Design. Additionally, I obtained a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning.

Despite having 3 years experience in my field, I believe these qualifications highlight my commitment to self improvement and my dedication to delivering excellent results for my clients while staying up to date on current marketing techniques.

  • But as they say, all good things must come to an end – or rather, a new beginning. So, armed with my laptop and a LOT of caffeine, I decided to take the plunge into freelance life. And here we are, enhancing social media presence wherever it’s needed.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with a diverse range of businesses, helping them refine their social media game. I’ve also teamed up with fellow freelancers, bringing their creative visions to life.

Let’s engage, influence and THRIVE together!

Freelancing lets me get creative and tailor each project to fit your specific goals. I’m all about collaboration and building real connections with my clients.

I became a Social Media Manager not only because I love what I do, but because I've seen first-hand the real difference it can make.
Let's make that difference happen for you!
